The Charlotte Area Association of Black Journalists (CAABJ) is an affiliate chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), a nonprofit organization focused on establishing strong ties among African-Americans working in the media and expanding and balancing the media's coverage of the African-American community and experience.

Bowling With The Journalists - September 27

CAABJ presents our annual Bowling With The Journalists event on Friday, September 27, 7:30 p.m. at AMF University Lanes. It's a lot of fun each year, and serves as a fundraiser for our college scholarship. Some of the top names in print, TV, radio, and online networks have already confirmed their participation.


Members of media and the general public are invited to come out, mix and mingle, bowl, and have fun in support of a great cause. Admission is $20, which includes bowling and shoes.
